Lelie To 49ers

The 49ers have agreed to a two-year, $4.3 million deal with wideout Ashley Lelie, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune and NFL.com. The deal reportedly includes a $2 million signing bonus.
San Francisco is seeking a replacement for Antonio Bryant, who was released late in the week, and while the money here is about right, we're not sure Lelie will be an upgrade. The two wideouts' profiles are similar, though we'd give the edge to Bryant in terms of being an all-around talent. The Niners should continue to add talent at receiver in the draft.
