i would love to have jordan here.. he is a guy that plays with a lot of heart and passion. he was one of the only players on the raiders last season that played is guts out and actually cared that they were losing.

Wasn't he Curtis Martin's backup? He's not too bad I think.

I really liked Jordan's year with the Raiders in 2005, then he fell off last year. Just like the rest of their team, I guess. Oakland could make anyone look bad...Randy Moss, anyone?

he got hurt towards the end of the year and missed like the last 3 or 4 games I believe

i don't see him as an upgrade to McGahee.

Jordan would look good in a Bills uniform.

And, by the way, I think LaMont would thrive behind the nearly 700 pounds of dominance on the left side of our line.

Looking at his stats how ****ing incompetent was Art Shell? He goes from 70 receptions to 10?

I would take Jordan in a heartbeat as a replacement for McGahee. Jordan may be pretty similar to McGahee running the ball, but is a far superior pass receiver. With Jordan, JP Losman would have a RB to drop the ball off to that opposing defenses would have to respect on every passing play.

The only problem that I have with Jordan is that he probably won't come cheap and he probably won't be happy if the Bills draft a good RB this year or next who will take touches away from him (personally, I would prefer to see the Bills wait until next year's draft to take a RB, but it's looking more and more like they are going to have to draft one this season now).

While this started out being a rather thin free agent market at the RB position, with Henry, Dillon and now perhaps Jordan being cut loose, the price for a free agent RB may drop some--which would be good for the Bills in terms of signing a # 2 RB or someone to replace McGahee. But, that could make it harder for the Bills to be able to get anything decent, in terms of a draft pick, in return for McGahee.

A best case scenario for the Bills would seem to be that they deal McGahee rather quickly and, then, have Oakland cut Jordan afterwards. I don't know if they will be able to pull that off, though.

It should be interesting to see what happens.

I'll take him over Mcgahee without even thinking about it, hey he may even learn the playbook!

Hmm, this would make things interesting. I bet the Raiders would be interested in acquiring Willis then.

Willis would look good as a Raider. Al Davis seems like he likes these kind of people (cough) Randy Moss, Phillip Buchanon.

He would be a good filler that is al. He is almost 30. I am not sure what kind of deal he would be looking for but I wouldn't give him a long term deal. I would rather resign A-train and draft a Lynch.

If you could land a Lomont Jordan you do what you can but get it done. Then again I would love to get Travis Henry back so I am dying for a quality running game.
