Who cares? How can you possibly rate the effectiveness of these moves now when we still have half a year to go before the season starts? I'm guessing that the Redskins are the best organization in football according to the writers of this tripe. After all, they're usually the most active team in free agency.

They are the ten biggest names, not necessarily the ten smartest deals or the ten players who will make the biggest difference for their new teams. Understanding it that way, I have no problem with the list.I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
