Mostly crap IMO.

Clements won't help THAT much. Way too much money.
Thomas was a good grab by the Pats
Jeff Garcia, he won't last that long.

The only thing I would change is Dockery before Davis. However im a tad bias.

I'd also put Travis Henry to Denver over Ahman Green to Houston.

Who cares? How can you possibly rate the effectiveness of these moves now when we still have half a year to go before the season starts? I'm guessing that the Redskins are the best organization in football according to the writers of this tripe. After all, they're usually the most active team in free agency.

They are the ten biggest names, not necessarily the ten smartest deals or the ten players who will make the biggest difference for their new teams. Understanding it that way, I have no problem with the list.

Jeff Garcia?

He's a former pro-bowler and saved Philadelphia's season when McNabb went down with an injury.

I think former is the operative word here. At this point, Garcia is a 37 year old backup with enough savvy to play decently in a reserve role.

People evaluated the off-season before Free Agency started, so why is this a problem?

It was easy to do, with the cheap bastard owner who won't let the Bills sign anybody but second tier players who will never start.
