Hmmm. Feely isn't the best kicker in the world, but he is an upgrade to Mare and cheaper at this point. I would welcome him in Miami.

Jay Feely is now considering a contract offer from the Giants.
Reports earlier Tuesday indicated Feely was on the verge of signing in Miami. Looks like we've got a good 'ol fashioned catfight over a kicker.
