Horn, 35, would be a poor signing for most teams. But for Bobby Petrino's vertical offense, Horn's consistent hands and veteran presence is a nice addition. Horn has missed 9 games in two years and Atlanta is unlikely to be an above-average passing attack, so don't expect him to be a top-15 fantasy wideout again.
