From the Nashville City-Paper (http://www.nashvillecitypaper.com/index.cfm?section=7&screen=news&news_id=55032):

Meanwhile, the agent for Titans running back Chris Brown is keeping general manager Mike Reinfeldt abreast of the situation with his client, even as Brown visits other clubs.
Brown was in Buffalo Wednesday, and though there was a report of a deal, agent Ryan Morgan said no.

“I saw that report, and we do not have a deal. We are still planning to visit Detroit [today] and I have kept Mike Reinfeldt and the Titans up to date on what is going on with Chris,” Morgan said.

I'm far more interested in Dillon.

I hope we pass on Brown. I'd rather have Rhodes or Dillon if we're going to get a band-aid FA.

i would rather had dillon as well honestly, but i would have been excited about brown as well. i like rhodes the least.

Yeah Brown has had injury issues but he is still young enough to get better and really tap into his potential. We all know that Dillon is a strong runner and can get the extra yards but I don't think he is any threat to break the big one which I think this team needs more of.

I'm not the biggest Brown fan myself. I could live with Dillon and a draft pick though.

Me too. Or even Rhodes and a draft pick. Or hell....how about the A-Train and a draft pick? That would also work.

Only if it is a high pick.

A-Train is very average. I would prefer Brown.

huh? I thought the majority of Chris Brown's interview was to happen today, since he got in late yesterday?

Let Detroit have him. Chris Brown is way too injury prone.

That's what (Bills Reporter) Chris Brown said in his blog. Although I suspect that (Running back) Chris Brown could make it out of here by midday if there is no deal in place and then possibly move on to Detroit by late afternoon. :idunno:
