Did the Thomas Jones trade hurt the Bills?

The Bears traded Thomas Jones to the Jets for a swap in draftpicks.

According to the value charts the swap between pick #37 and #63 equates to a 3rd round pick.

We recieved a late 3rd round pick this year, and a 3rd round pick next year for McGahee(7th round pick was a nice stocking stuffer too).

While Marv did snag the extra 3rd round pick(take into consideration Willis is 3 years younger than Jones) It makes me wonder wheter or not Marv pulled the trigger a bit too late..

I'm a little surprised we got as much as we did. Just a third round pick alone was what I was expecting.

well honestly, the jets basically got a steal, yeah you could say the pick in return we got was kinda a downgrade, but do remember that was a pick we got for an earlier trade last year, not to mention we still have our original pick.....

i was quite surprised to see 3 picks tied to willis......... the 3rd rounder next year is what gets me a lil puzzled
