All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

ESPN Bottom line is reporting that the Buffalo News in reporting that Bruce Smith will "return to the team next year". They make no reference as to whether that means the Bills or Redskins.
However, there is nothing in the Buffalo News about it.
For all the education and practice each of us undergoes, the achievment of mastery is ultimately the outcome of a personal quest for understanding.
I saw that yesterday and my heart stopped thinking that we could have 78 back to break the record, then I realized that what the Cliff Notes version of the story ment that the agent told the Buffalo News that Bruce was playing this season, not retiring, as a Redskin.
I was so pissed at that ticker after I got out me 'Little Orphan Annie' decoder ring and found out what the message really ment.
I would if it was reported by the Boston Globe! The bottomline says "Buffalo News reports that Washington DE Bruce Smith will return to the team next year" Why wouldn't the Washington Post report it instead of the Buffalo news?
The article I saw, sorry can't remember where, said that he was returning to Washington for one more year. I am pretty sure that is where he is going to end up this year, anything else is purely speculation.
