Probably not. He's sucked in everything since winning the Heisman.

University of Phoenix stadium still has their windows and doors open trying to air out the stink of Troy Smiths performance. One of the worst performances i have seen in a bowl game. I lost 250 bucks on that game too, so im biased. He sucks day two for him.

MAYBE late 3rd but honestly i didnt think this was a debate. Smith is this years Eric Crouch.

I have to agree, no, but then again Maurice Clarrett was taken in the 3rd. And, no I don't mean to compare Smith to Clarrett, it is just strange things happen in that draft.

He is high character guy, something no one can say about Clarrett, but his performance was just so bad thats its burnt into many peoples brains. If he had a average game he would have been ok, but he craped himself when it matter the most for his team. I can't see anyone taking him first day.

I have, Smith is a good guy, Clarrett is a dueche! If im wrong educate me.I know. Troy took $500 from a booster. Did what most do but was caught. THAT IS IT!! Does that make him a bad character guy....I think not!! Tressel took him under his wing and molded him into the man he is now. I would like anyone to say Tressel is not a character guy!

Like Brady Quinn has said. Scouts will look at their entire body of work not just one game

Late Day 2, his stock is in absolute free fall and there tends to be a lull on QB's b/w round 3 and 5

He shouldn't be drafted on Saturday. Someone will take a flyer on him Sunday.

I'll take Troy Smith.

If we can get him on day 2, so much the better.

I think he goes in the third round though.

He also notched a 36 &#189;-inch vertical, a 10-foot-2 broad jump, a 4.23 short shuttle and a 6.93 three-cone drill. He spent 30 minutes throwing the ball in passing drills, and he looked good throwing to Anthony Gonzalez, among others. He was very competitive, trying the short shuttle three times in order to get a better time. All in all, he probably helped himself in the draft. </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
