    AHAHAHAAAHAAH

Ravens | McGahee still feels he is best in league
    Sun, 11 Mar 2007 11:47:29 -0800
The Associated Press reports Baltimore Ravens RB Willis McGahee wouldn't back off his statement from a few years ago that he believes he's the best running back in the league. He did, however, acknowledge Friday, March 9, that he has something to prove after rushing for a career-low 990 yards and six touchdowns last season.
    Hated by the stupid..
    Loved by their moms.

the bills got rid of him because he'll never be an above average rb that can catch as well as Thurman did. Marv wants his thurman and Fairchild wants his Steven Jackson. Anyone can run 1,000 yards these days. Rb's have evloved to being a threat at the passing game as well.

I did the math, and McGahee average about 1.5 catches in every game that he started for the Bills with an average of about 12 yards receiving per game. That's not good.

As far as I'm concerned, Willis saying that he is the best back in the league is nothing short of a joke. I think Tomlinson has something to say about that...I think he would have broke 1,000 yards in 14 games for the Bills last year.

              What a douche.

All of the following are better than McGahee that I can think of off the top of my head:

                  LT
                  LJ
                  Shaun Alexander
                  Thomas Jones
                  Deuce McAllister
Reggie Bush (he had more total yards of offense and more TDs in his rookie season than McGahee did)
                  Frank Gore
                  Travis Henry
                  Steven Jackson
                  Lawrence Maroney
Willie Parker (just on home run threat alone - I watched a lot of steelers games this year because one of my buddies that has the ticket is a big steelers fan - this guy is a threat to take one to the house on every play).
                  Rudi Johnson

That's quite a list - keep talking McGahee.

That is quite a list, but I wouldn't stop there.

On top of your list, add these guys. Willis is no better than any of these guys, either. Most are clearly better than Willis.
                    Brian Westbrook
                    Maurice Jones-Drew
                    Fred Taylor
Joseph Addai (4.8 yards per carry, 40 catches)
                    Julius Jones
                    Ronnie Brown
                    Warrick Dunn
                    Marion Barber
                    Clinton Portis
                    Chester Taylor
                    Tatum Bell
                    Cadillac Williams
                    DeShaun Foster
                    Stephen Davis
                    Mike Anderson
                    Ahman Green

For McGahee: two third-rounders and a seventh.

For Tomlinson: It would probably take every single pick in the draft. All 255, or whatever it the amount is.

Is McGahee really going to be better than Jamaal Lewis? I don't think so, IMO.
