When TD brought Drew it was a start of a new era so Buffalo modernized their uniforms... that era sucked.

Now Marv's in charge with JP at the helm and Willis is out as are a lot of TD's guys. I think its the start of another new era, and it might be time to tweek our uni's a bit. Lets start by not using 5 shades of blue.

Let's just switch to the throwbacks full time.

Throwback jersey is ok, standing buffalo is not.

Agreed. When I see that Buffalo I think of the Oregon Trail, that thing is just waiting to be shot.

You have killed 3,330lbs of meat, you can only carry 300lbs back with you.

How you supposed to ford the river with 3,000 lbs of meat?

We're a bit off topic... love the idea of new unis... solid color (rather than the two-tone home jerseyd) would be nice, as woul the rduction of at least one of the blues.

What is that stupid red streak coming off the horn ? The bloody exit wound ? That never worked.

Throwbacks/Standing Buffalo helmet would be on par with the San Diego powder blues as some of the best uniforms in the league.

Greatest uniform ever.

 I knew I wasn't the only one. The Buffalo looks like it is standing there, looking for a place to die. :ill:

They never should have changed them. Now with Marv back, bring back the good uni's

That would be sweet! But I would like them to throw the logo on the shoulders or team name underneath the neck though.

The Answer thinks this team has more pressing issues at the moment than worring about uniform changes.

The MBB thinks The Answer has bigger things to worry about as well. Like the spelling of the word worrying.

You young kids crack me up. You totally miss what the standing Buffalo represents.
He is not there waiting to be shot, nor is he looking for a place to die.

He represents the defense- where he's got his eye on every opponant, and is ready for any of the to make a move.
He represents the offense- where he's got his eye on the endzone, ready to score.

The standing Buffalo is a :10:! :punk:

The only thing he is ready for is death. WTF is he looking at the endzone for? Run Forrest run. No one has ever scored a touchdown looking at the endzone.

And then you got Stripey....one of the best logos in the league IMO. He's charging downfield and showing off his speed. He's not just grazing the field, he's kicking ass!

You don't hear the count, you don't see the ball being snapped, but you don't see any of that with the "flying" Buffalo, either. I'm surprised they didn't put wings on him! :shakeno:

Agreed. I might add a little smoke coming out of his nose too, just so you know he's about to trample your ass.

What??

The standing buffalo is doing just that, standing! I don't see how what you mean.

I don't mind the standing buffalo if I had a clock in my house or even a shirt, but I wouldn't want it as the permanent logo for the team....again.

So he's running blind at least he's doing something.

Standing Buffalo = Classy, better colors, staying power

Flying Buffalo = Cheesy, cartoonish

IMO

But either or is fine. Nothing like the Slug/Proper Logo debate with the Sabres.
