the brown note (http://www.mediacollege.com/audio/noise/files/brown-noise.mp3), according to an urban legend, is an infrasound frequency that causes humans to lose control of their bowels due to resonance

playing the brown note can also be used to describe what will happen when a board full of panicky cry babies reacts to the imminent signing of running back chris brown (http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/397221) to our beloved bills squad

well once again The Meathead will be glad to stand up and say when that happens and all youse are wailing and gnashing your teeth and brown noting in your panties i will take the maligned running back and glady make him my adopt-a-bill

then all offseason you can heap your insults on mr. brown note, mr. doddering old fool levy, and mr. meathead while i just wait for the days when two huge assed black men run the counter-trey and make holes even my slow cripple cracker butt could get yardage through

ah but to await the sweet sweet nectar known as :rockout: *****es

You said it! Chris Brown is McGahee with a better attitude and more injuries, which means we're making a lateral move....which translates into a vertical one when you add in splitting with A-Train, a possible running back from the draft, and our improved offensive line. And....who knows? The guy is only 26...he might just turn out to be a stud...and he'll be cheaper than McGahee!

Hart,Slaton,Bradshaw, Rice, Mcfadden. Next year is going to be stocked at RB. But i dont want Chris Brown a Bill.

I'd love to think that Brown will shed the injury bug and live up to his potential, but what I really believe is that Brown and A-Train will be at best a stopgap tandem until we acquire a feature back.

I've got dibs on Josh Reed as my Adopt-a-Bill if we sign Brown.

That might be the dumbest, most moronic, most asinine, most arrogant, most false thing you have ever posted.

I would rather see a tandem of A-Train and either Lynch, Bush, or Irons.

I dont believe for a second that ATrain/Brown will be much of a dropoff from McGahee.
And besides, we're talking about the runningback position... not the QB. I just dont see it being nearly the backbreaker for this season as some others do.

And also... do you really want to use our first overall on a RB when it's not our #1 need? Lynch is a good runningback, -but I dont see him being a homerun threat (and IMO the only reason he's being talked about so highly is because this year only yields 1 elite back... This is an extremely weak RB draft class). As for Peterson, -yes he's threat, but he has durability issues. If he's there at #12, sure we take him, but I dont like the idea of trading up in the draft for him (too big of a risk).

IMO, platooning ATrain/Brown this year is our best option. Brown is young... There's a chance he might turn out to be a 'great back'.
And even if he doesnt (which is probably the case), 2008 will probably yield a very strong class of RB's (but then again, you never know... see Kenny Irons for an example).
Youve got possibly 4 first round backs for next year (Slaton, McFadden, Rice, and Hart). 2 of which, -Slaton and McFadden are arguably better than any of the backs coming out this year.

you know i was planning on announcing i would of course make him available under those circumstances
