1. Peterson will not fall to us. Are you people high?

2. If we sign Chris Brown, we probably won't even draft a running back until the second day, IF WE DRAFT ONE AT ALL!

3. We are not getting Lance Briggs. Enough already.

That is all for now.

Your right on all three accounts, especially #1 thats just stupid to think a top four guy is going to 'fall' to 12

Leinart fell to 10. Strange things happen.

Every year highly ranked players by all our favorite mock drafts free fall. Leinart, Aaron Rogers, Marcus McNeil, Anttaj Hawthorne, Gabriel Watson, Player have peged to go in a certain spot free fall all the time. So for the people who say something can't happen i laught at you because your as clueless as the rest of us.

Even with Brown and Thomas, I could see a guy like Booker in round 3.

patmoran2006

Leinart was one of three highly rated QBs that different teams had ranked 1-3..

Peterson is the 100% best RB on the board so the first team that wants a franchise calibre RB will take him. He's gone at 3

I do remember talking about Leinart last year and people kept saying he wouldn't fall to 8 let alone 10. So I leave the small glimmer of hope that Peterson will fall, however I'm not banking on it. It's probably like a 10% chance, if that.

Agreed. Plus another 1st day pick next year, when the RB draft class is absolutely loaded. That pick would replace one of the Vets.

How bad would people freak out if Peterson did fall and we didn't pick him???

Eveyone except Captain Homer Justa.. We could pass over Peterson for another white defensive end and He would say that Marv knows more than any us and he trusts him, so its a good thing that we passed over Peterson.

Actually the whole "In marv we trust" gang would be in unison.

Watch NE trade both their firsts to move up to like 10 and get LaRon Landry.. I'd seriously considering throwing up over myself if that happened.

I can see Cleveland drafting quinn and taking a bush with pick 2, How about the lions. Maybe Detriot drafts quinn and Then Cleveland has to chose between Thomas a franchise left tackle, and peterson. This time last year we all had the texans taking Bush with the first pick then with two weeks left the switch gears and draft Mario Williams. Maybe the Raiders fall in love with a receiver like Johnson, which wouldn't be a shock to anyone who has followed Raider football. Russell following would completely change the board. Face it pat with the Raiders, and the Lions 1 and 2 in the draft is it really smart to say anything is in stone? It's march 13th get real guys!

In the absolute MIRACLE that Peterson was still on the board, Houston would take him at 8.. After the Bush fiasco last year, there wouldnt make the same mistake again.

Not if Laundry is on the board. Green, and Lundy are fine for a year. Next year is a good rb draft.

One thing I've noticed here. There are suddenly 15-18 players who " Will never drop to us at 12 ! ".

So I'm guessing Oakland,Detroit and Cleveland are being given 2 choices before anyone else picks. Damn parity.

Guys like Okoye, Branch, Landry. Its possible they can slip to the 12th pick.. Peterson. NO chance.
