I need 3 others. Here's the way it works:
Each person drafts in order one team. Draft order is switched from round to round. I.e., whoever drafts first in round 1 drafts last in round 2. Whoever drafts 3rd in round 1 drafts 2nd in round 2, etc.
Each person drafts 16 teams. Points are assigned as follows:
In round one, each team that you have that won gets 1 (round 1) times its seed. Eg., the 8th seeded team that wins its region gets 9 points; 1 x 9.
In round two, each team that wins gets its seed # times 2 (round 2).
Etc.
So while it pays to select some lower ranked seeds, the odds of all those teams advancing are remote. It's a very interesting pool type.
Whoever has the most total points at the end wins.
If we have people from different areas, perhaps each can wager something. I have wing sauce. Someone from another area can wager something regional from there, equitable. Or simply Zonebucks.
Anyway, please let me know if you're interested. PM or e-mail me.
