9:01 PT: The New York Daily News reports the New York Jets have asked the NFL Management Council about some technical language in the offer sheet given by the Washington Redskins to RB Chad Morton (Jets), said a league source. They apparently have questions about its total value and length. A loophole or technicality could influence the Jets' decision. At a minimum it will make the Redskins sweat it out a little more.
