Somewhere nice and out in the open so that if we draft Leon Hall I can seriously chopblock Justa or whoever is closest.

Can someone say where the party will be so some of us Zoners can learn what parking lot will get mopped with PATM's ass?

One things for sure. I will NOT watch Bills hating ESPN that day. The NFL network will be the only coverage I watch. Mike Mayock will call every pick right down the middle and show tons of film.

Meanwhile, ESPN will have Joe Theisman babbling on about nonsense, while live picks are being missed.

I like the bowling alley, It's got lots of space, and good food, but they need to upgrasde that 1982 rear projection tv set.

Trying to watch the draft on it, was like looking out a salty car window with dirty sunglasses at dusk.

I thought the bowling alley was a good choice too but it was a little remote. I like that they have bowling for recreation even though I've yet to bowl there. Last time we weren't able to listen which sucked. I think the brew pub would be a good place because it's a hot spot. But that isn't as important these days as there are plenty of ways to connect.

I can't wait to find out where it's going to be because I will be there!

Brew pub would be great, but do they allow all that space to be taken up for several hours? That's the question you have to ask.

There's a couple of strip joints by the airport...that would be nice. Thurm could even score us a few lapdances I'll bet.

that question would have to be asked. I doubt it will be very busy but they probably do some lunches on saturdays. I don't think they would care if people are spending money but if everyone is like Mikey who brings his own soda pop and chips and buys one order of wings and sits there for many hours making tons of noise they might say something you never know. The only activity there is Darts too.

WTF are you talking about? I never brought my own chips and pop. I always bought a sub with chips at the subway thats connected to it. Oh and just so you know...we haven't been at that place in a couple years. 2005 was the final straw when they let those dumbasses blast the jukebox. We went to some bowling alley near clump last year.

I might be able to find a couple of good, productive spots.

I got a friend who works at a Bowling Alley in Cheektowaga and we could probably reserve a bunch of tables.

Or I have a bar on Chippewa street that would otherwise be closed on a Saturday afternoon, but if there's enough of us I could get it opened just for us, and Im sure I could get us some 2-for-1 bottled/drink specials and $2 shots.

I'll see what I can do

I took the day off so let's figure this out. I can find us a bar in Rochester (central location from the east and west) or Buffalo, time is running out however!

For the record I am not adversed to having something at the house! We could order in some wings and pizza, gets some beer! Let me know either here or throuhg PM.

question though, does the place have to have interent access, cause that could be a problem.

Actually Dave & Busters is going to be the official draft party of the Buffalo Bills for the suite holders and premium seat holders. They aren't having it at the Ralph this year.

It is also a test run in case we decide to move the brew pub draft party.

We have looked at Brunner's Tavern. It is on Main near Eggert. (in the Amherst, Snyder, Eggerstville area)

It is a Buffalo neighborhood tavern. The prices are pretty good and the bartender's know me and we will likely get a good deal. They have a grill menu that is always open (burgers, chicken, outstanding steak sandwiches) I would also get them to make us wings. As Dozer and Cher will attest, they have very good wings.

They have 5+ TV's, two of which are high-def. They have a dart board.

The drawbacks (or potential): They do not accept credit cards. Bring cash. They might be busy. Usually Saturday afternoons at this time are not. They might have music playing, but I can work on that. They do not have a pool table.

It is a nice place that we could hang out at and have numerous TV's going. If the Sabres play that day, we could have both events going on different TV's (the draft would likely be relegated to one TV)

Thoughts?

Let me see if I can secure 67 West on Chippewa over the next few days.

If so, we can pretty much have run of the entire place; and get like $2 bottles and shots all day long as well.. I have one other place worth checking out as well- its close to the Stadium.. Bears Den on Abbott Road.
