I know this is a football forum but come on almost all of us are watching it...I am hoping for my brackets sake that there aren't too many upsets cas i didnt predict too many but I need Oral Roberts to win though!!!! Three games are underway...no lets talk to some CBB!!!

That depends on your definition of decent. They last went to the big dance in 2000 and faced Kentucky in the opening round... lost in 2OTs thanks to Tayshaun Prince. And yes, my junior year they had a big scandal because one of their players transfered from a juco with only a welding certificate and no degree. When he was declared ineligible, the players boycotted the final 2 games and the team was placed on probation the following year for "lack of institutional control.

When I was really starting to get into sports it was about 1990 and Duke was starting to get really good, plus my dad had always kind of liked them. I jumped on and haven't gotten off, I follow them as close as any team other than the Sabres and Bills. My little brother has followed in my footsteps and is a full fledged Duke fan now too.

I was surprised to recognize a face on the Xavier team. Doellman was a freshmen there when I was a senior at St. Bonaventure, another Atlantic 10 school. That was the year they went to the Elite 8 but we beat them on our court when they were highly ranked.

Do they EVER call those??now that you add that extra piece to your post....yes at times it his...like if you push the guy in mid air...but if you go for the ball and slap their arm or shoulder then it is an personal foul

I am not gonna argue anymore. Guys always run up and put their arms around guys when they have to foul late in the game(clearly not going for the ball) . It is never called intentional. Like I said earlier. It looked like the guy was off balance when Oden pushed him making it look that much worse. Buckeyes won. I am a happy homer :homer: :whew:

I am not gonna argue anymore. Guys always run up and put their arms around guys when they have to foul late in the game(clearly not going for the ball) . It is never called intentional. Like I said earlier. It looked like the guy was off balance when Oden pushed him making it look that much worse. Buckeyes won. I am a happy homer :homer: :whew:that is a fans point of view and it is very obvious but you could still do that and be going for the ball....don't tell me that when you played basketball in the driveway or at the park as a kid that you didnt reach for the ball when someone has your back to you....if you didnt well i know i did and many other kids did it too, even though common sense says that they arent going for the ball the refs dont use common sense to ref the game

just pushing someone like Oden did is intentional because he wasnt at all going for the ball he pushed his back...if he had maybe went for the ball if the opposing player had the ball right infront of Oden and Oden did something similar then you'd have a case but from what i remember it wasnt like that

If you want to see why tweeners aren't high on scouts radars in any sport just look at Acie Law IV. He is clearly not a point guard and compaired to many PGs in this tournament he is on the lower end....talent wise it is a different story but he just is not a PG.

One negative I have found in Roy Hibbert among many but one that really sticks out is that he can't finish....and rarely gets the AND ONE play. If he doesn't finish a play though what I like is that he never stops until he gets it in but in the NBA he won't get all of those chances
