The Browns will surely draft Russell ... now, how far does Peterson fall?

What else does this change? Where the draft guys at?

I'm a little surprised that Oakland agreed to this trade.

GB gets a RB and that offense is going to be loaded. Jennings and Moss, an improved OL and of course Farve.

If you have a fantasy team, draft Jennings VERY high.

meanwhile, the second happiest guy in American (Favre is first) is about to be Calvin Johnson.

Read the article... it says the trade is UNLIKELY to happen.

NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports the Randy Moss-to-Packers trade will not happen by this weekend.
Schefter's report that no trade is imminent aligns with the comments Packers CEO Bob Harlan and GM Ted Thompson made Thursday. The deal is on hold, and may remain that way right up until the NFL Draft.

I don't see how this trade will effect Buffalo at #12. When it's all said and done, we are still taking Patrick Willis, damn it!

I'm speculating Jessica Alba will phone me for a date at any moment.

Favre is way over the hill. His ego simply won't let him recognize it, and retire gracefully.

It may very well affect us if we can force GB into a trade for Lynch and still get Willis at #16!!! We can tell them we'll take Lynch if they don't make the trade and force them to pick a lower caliber RB. Considering that Lynch could be the answer to alot of their problems now that they've made the trade for Moss, they might just do it!!!

Not a chance... If we pass Willis on #12, I'd be willing to bet the house that he goes to either St. Louis or especially Carolina.
With Dan Morgan going out every year with concussions, Willis would be the idea pick for them (if anything, we should be worried about them leap frogging us and trading with Miami, Atlanta, or San Fran as either of these teams can probably still get their player with Carolina's pick

Every year, people always think that every team wants whatever pick we want. The Rams already have 4 MLBs on the team and Carolina could use a safety before a LB.

Due to guys like Leonard Davis, Robert Gallery and Mike Williams, I would never take a tackle in the top 3 picks if I was the GM. The bust factor is just incredible there.

Thomas looks great I know that, but I'll never forget how much hype Gallery got coming out, and to be honest I dont even think he's better than Terrence Pennington right now.

then again.. Brick (Jets) looks like a steal right now and they took him 4th..

Just dont think Clev would take THomas.

I truly do not see Carolina trading there pick. Carolina needs big time help at safety, linebacker and OL. There will be great help for them at 14. Whichever way they go they will probably go the other way in round 2 and 3. They have too many needs to trade up and trade away there picks. They are the one team staying put.
