The Bengals have reportedly signed Raiders CB Tory James to a 4 year $14.4 mil deal. It was reported on ESPN News at the start of the telecast as "Breaking News" Once I find a link I'll post it. I think this without a doubt means they wont match the Spikes Offer!!! :up:

Well, its looking less and less likely they will match. But on another note, I don't expect to see a 2-14 Bengals next year, I think they will improve.

I agree Schobel, they are heavily improving their defense and I dont think 4-6 wins is out the question next year.
