Mathematically, the Sabres control their destiny once again.

After the detroit loss last night, if the Sabres win today they are tied with Nashville in points would currently have more wins (1st tie breaker). Each would have 100 points but the Sabres would have one more victory. Combine that with the detroit loss last night and we have one more point than them, same amount of games played.
