Cleo Lemon could be the starter in Miami.

NFL Sirrius was interviewing him and because of his relationship with Cam Cameron he is expecting to be the starter in Miami. There is talk that they may draft Quinn if he's there at #9 and Lemon wasn't too worried.

They'd be better of with Lemon than Culpepper.

well in my eyes neither of them are starter caliber unless culpepper can make a comeback and fits into cameron's offense better than under saban. BUT either way its another 2 wins for the bills so ill take it.

It's sad that this is even a discussion.

Obviously, he's NOT going to start. Cameron is probally just walking the company line for now with about a month to go before the draft. If they want Quinn, there sure as hell not going to advertise it.

What I'd like to know, from the rotten fish fans on this board, is what are YOU guys looking for with your draft. I mean, I read 1,000 posts a day on this board about P Wille, Lynch, Peterson, Okoye Etc....what are you guys talking about?

I dont read much into this, backups always say this kind of thing.

Reporter-Do you think you can start?

Backup-Absolutly, there is no doubt in my mind I have what it takes to be an NFL starter in this league.... Blah, Blah, blah.

All that being said I do like Cleo.

Here are the Dolphins needs in order.

                        1) QB
                        2) NT
                        3) Secondary
                        4) WR
                        5) Youth to replace ZT and JT.

If one of the big 4 (JR, BQ, CJ, or JT) fall to 6, I hope we trade that Welker pick to get up from 9. Draft values say it's doable. Otherwise, it's Branch, Carriker, Okoye, Landry, Brown or Ginn Jr. The only player who's true is a 9 are the first too, of which I would only consider Branch. So we're kind of locked. We either move up;stay place and overdraft like the Bills did with Whitner (not a diss on the Bills, but it's the same situation); or find a way to trade down. Hopefully somebody falls.

Lemon wasn't so bad when he played last year, especially for a guy that was the 3rd stringer. Raw, but not horrible. I'm interested in what he'll do in the future, especially under Cameron.
