this is why I want Wilson to be given a legit chance regardless of where he was drafted compared to Roscoe and the rest of our wr's. He could very well be our Furrey or no. 2 behind Evans .

Agreed. He always rocks in the preseason when given the chance, but is seemingly placed at the #6 spot by "default" because others were drafted/signed in front of him. I'm talking about Davis and Aiken, and even Reed and Parrish. This guy should be given a shot and so should the WR that we should pick up day 2.

You know, I am right now hoping that we don't, because I am concerned about the run defense and RB. But if it comes to draft day and we grab an early round receiver, I'll be fine with it, because JP does truly need another weapon.

I think it comes down to him not distinguishing himself enough as a receiver to overcome the fact that davis and aiken are pretty valuable on special teams.
