Even If Coles Signs, Skins Still After Dyson
I am really having a hard time this season grasping the limitations of each team's salary cap. Just when you think a team like Oakland, San Diego, Denver, Washington, and Atlanta have run out of room, they turn the tables on you and stretch the limits.
