The Worst Personnel Decisions in NFL history

The Culpepper over Brees thing sparked the idea. What other ones can you think of?

I got Williams over Bush by Houston last year.

    RJ over Flutie maybe?

Maybe drafting Mike Williams 4th overall?

      Drafting Tim Couch #1

RJ over Flutie is not even close. (Whether it is the playoff game or the off-season move)

Ryan Leaf #2 overall. Alvin Harper's big deal with Tampa. TO to Philly. San Fran's trade fo OJ. NO trading their entire draft for Ricky.

For the Bills, its hiring Mularkey..

He took a playoff worthy team and made them into scrubs.. Almost any coach in the NFL gets that team in the playoffs.. twice

What about Atlanta trading up to get Vick when San Diego slid down to #5 and got Tomlinson? Vick isn't a complete bust just yet but LT would've been much much better.

Which reminds me of Steve Spurrier.

                    Tony Mandarich.
                    Brian Bosworth.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Dolpins and Culpepper may be on that list soon.

What about McGahee over Larry Johnson and keeping him over Travis Henry? It may not be worst in NFL history but it was definitely a bad one.

                            Ryan Leaf comes to mind.

Wasn't Unitas traded to colts in the begining of his career?

I think Unitas was cut. So was Jack Kemp.
