1)Cincy matches offer sheet.......Spikes is a Bengal, plain and simple. Also, Spikes cannot be traded for one year to the team that signed him to the offer sheet.......per CBA language

2) Bills owe Cincy NO COMPENSATION in the form of draft choice(s)

3)If Cincy matches and wants to trade him to another team, Spikes can veto the trade per CBA

4)Also, Cincy absorbs the entire signing bonus on their cap NOW.......thus adding over $4 million to their cap.


Therefore, Cincy has only 2 options, match or decline the offer sheet.........NOTHING ELSE CAN BE CONSIDERED!
