I started thinking about all the stats we're are currently leading in and it blows my minds, please feel free to add any others at will , thanks.

The Sabres have:

1. The most points in the NHL- 103
2. The most goals for- 281
3. The best differential of goals for / against at 61 (281-220)
4. Most wins in the NHL 48
5. Least amount of Regulation losses (tied w/ ducks & red wings)
6. Most amount of even goals scored during 5-5 hockey
7. Plus minus leader Vanek at + 41 through 74 games (leads by 4)
8. Team with most amount players with 30 goals or more, 4 players
9. Best road record at 23-9-4
10. Most comeback down 2 goals or more during a game, (9)
11. Best goals a game average - 3.64
12. Best Winning % - after trailing first .531
13. Best Winning % .692
14. Vanek leads the league in home goals with 27 (thx to: 'tizer)
15. Pominville is tied for first with lecavalier and ovechkin for most even strength goals (28) (thx to: 'tizer)

Mind Blowing stat:

Soupy has 41 assists, OMG how great is that?

Why is this pointless?? IS being #1 in many areas a sign of strength or weakness?? Sometime I wonder if everyone just watches a game and says, wow did they ever do that before?

I'd still like to know if Vanek's +/- is anywhere near a team record, or if they keep track of that stat in the record books.

I haven't been able to find it anywhere.
