Fred Smerlas & Steve DeOssie co-opened a new restaurant in RI's biggest casino. Formerly known as Lincoln Park, the new "Twin River" with it's $220 million expansion, will also house a 2,000-seat arena that opens next month with a concert by the Goo Goo Dolls.
When all the improvements are done, there will be more slot machines than ever — a total of 4,752. That’s more machines than in any casino in Las Vegas.

No wonder the Narragansett Indians were out voted on their casino proposal.
