1. Dt Amobe Okoye - Why?
Because in order for the cover 2 to work you need interior penitration (W Sapp).
Because we were weak against the run.
Because L Tripplet is not a world beater.
Because M Cargo is still a question mark.
Because he can play either DT position.
Because a dominant penitrating rotation in a DL will make
LB's and DB's (Including Youboty) better.

2 Aundrae Allison, WR, Why?
Because we want to run the ball.
Because there is no other playmaker on offense.
Because we need to keep double teams off Lee Evans.
Because he ran 4.38 at the combine and moving up.
Because we don't want defenses to put 8 in the box.
Because he has been compared to Lee Evans.


3.Rufus Alexander OLB Why?
Because Spikes is a gonner this year or next take your pick.
Because I think the Bills Want to give Crowell a shot at MLB...really.
Because I think he is the ideal Cover 2 OLB.
Because he can cover.
Because he can blitz.
Because he can stop the run.

3b. Buster Davis ILB Why?
Because he is a football player.
Because we have no depth at the position.
Because he can play ILB or OLB in this system.
Because we lost London Fletcher.
Because we followed the same youth
movement with the db's last year.
Because his size will cause him to
fall and is a great value here.


4 Michael Bush Rb. Why?
Because he is a great RB pospect suffering an injury which causes him to slip...sound familiar?
Because he is a great value here.
Because he is the type of runner I think the Bills are looking for.
There is a possibility this pick could be traded with a pick next year for M Turner Rb or a late round small school Rb.
Next years draft class has many more RB's.

I like it dude. I think we can do better at WR in the 2nd but overall not to bad. Ive watch a lot of RA and think he will be a great LB at the next level. Bush is truly a boom or bust pick and honestly given his latest surgery may drop lower then the fourth. Many people have suggested he may even go undrafted. At any rate while I may change a few players overall I like the direction.

I agree with R Alexander but B Davis might fall because of size..

They are both smallish...hopfull they will both fall a bit..

I dont like the idea of Bush...yeah, the situation sounds familiar...and do you remember how bad of a situation it was? The bills went all in for that thug and they ended up winning the side pot which amounted to 1 promising season and an udder pathetic RB since.

Yo Ace, if that happened I would S*** myself. That draft is excellent. I don't know about Bush and Alex being available there but yeah, still great stuff. I would look at Craig Davis before Allison but if he wasn't there in the 2nd, I would love Andrae. Both of those have that size/speed combo we desperately need.

I think if Bush fell to the 4th, and we had not yet addressed the need at running back, it would be an excellent place to get him, and well worth the risk.

I think Buster Davis = London Fletcher, that could be a good thing or a very bad thing, it depends on his effort. Maybe it's just me, but I'm starting to see a growing number of FSU guys that just don't pan out. Bowden just doesn't seem to have the touch like he had 10 years ago.

I like Alexander here, and think he has the abality to be a great player in the NFL. He's a bit undersized, but that's the only thing that I consider to be negative about him.

Allison, I don't know anything about him, but I think this is where we should be looking for our running back. Irons, would be my choice in the second.

Okoye---- For me, it's between him and Hall, no way should we be looking at Lynch, I think he just has bad news all over him in the future, but maybe I'm wrong. Leon Hall looked very average against some of the stronger teams in this year, which leads me to believe that he is a product of the Michigan strong defensive system. Hall may not be the type of player you can leave on an island, and he seems like he would always have to have help over the top via cover 2, which I guess fits our system, but I think he would get toasted over the top way too much. Okoye just strikes me as the total package at DT, plus he's only 19, and has room for a ton of improvement. I think he will proove to be one of the top 3 players to come out of this draft when it's looked at 10 years from now......Calvin Johnson and LaRon Landry are the other two, IMO.

A WR in rd 2 other than Meachem no way.....

Because we need a LB in this round
Because we need a DT in this round...

Because we have enough on the roster already
Because if we are going to draft one we would do it in round 6 or 7 because this is a deep WR draft.....

Meachem will be gone before rd 1 ends. Davis or Allison would be great alternatives.
