Looks like they agreed on the qualifiers, It still has to be approved by 24-32 owners, but finally after a year some progress has been made. Maybe some of this money will even the playing field a little.

Ralphs on the commitee i would like to hear his views on the qualifers but if he's happy with it. then this is good news despite your negativity.
