Little known secret: With the cap going up approximately 4-5 million the Sabres can pay them both 6m a year and not get rid of anyone other than Numminen.

I think it will really come down to whether or not the players want to stay.

I agree with you. Although I didnt see it that long ago, but of late it is more evident then ever.

I can also see us letting Kotalik or even Max go in trades if both Drury & Briere want to play here next season and beyond.
