Chris Henry may be go to jail for 88 days in Kentucky because of his Wednesday citation for a suspended license in Cincinnati.
Henry was cited for driving with a suspended license and failing to use a turn signal in Cincinnati Wednesday. While a relatively minor offense, his probation for a separate case in Kentucky could be revoked if convicted in April. Henry was expected to be suspended by the NFL for four games before this happened
