My uncle called me last night with an extra ticket.

My 4th game this year. That's about average for me.

In two weeks I'll be at my fourth game of the year as well- unfortunately, they were all here in DC. But two of those were against the Sabres.

 Hopefully they won't get their asses kicked like last time in DC. And hopefully we'll take over their building again- the Sabres fans drowned out the Caps fans the last time. That **** would never happen in Buffalo.

Wow....what a huge difference in the 100 level. Two things I noticed, I found myself watching the game a lot more when I'm closer to the ice and hardly ever watching the scoreboard video. I think I got a ton of nice photos too.

2nd, the experience is much different. It seems very quiet in the 100 level compared to the 300 level. The fans aren't starting the Let's Go Buffalo chant that often. And are all just watching the action more intensely.

Except for every single time we play the Leafs at home...

All I'm saying is that Toronto is less than two hours away so of course there will be Leafs fans at the game. Buffalo is a 7 hour drive for DC- for Sabres fans to overload the Caps fans in their own house is a major accomplishment.
