It was dead to right obvious that the refs we're not going to call a penalty on Montreal, just brutal.

That 3rd goal by the Canadiens was a clear cut interference call let go and it led to a goal. I thinks the ref's got the memo from the league that the Canadiens REALLY needed this game.

I just watched the game on DVR and I couldn't friggin believe it. Right from the start of the first period when Lydman was blatantly tripped chasing the puck on that icing. The Sabres were getting roughed, cross-checked and slashed behind EVERY play. And the high stick on Kotalik was ****ing ridiculous. If there was no penalty, what the **** made his eye swell up like that?
