What happened to Pominville's shot?

Recently he's been fanning on everything and even when he doesn't fan his shot isn't full strength, like he's never hitting the puck cleanly. This has been going on for at least 5 games- he better find his accuracy before the playoffs.

I remember Lorentz talking about Pomms a few games ago (within your time frame, I believe) breaking several sticks in the pre-game warm-up, and how it appeared in that particular game that he was letting up a little on his shot to avoid it happening again.

Don't know if that's actually the case, or not.
