Nice write-ups on Peterson and Lynch.

Peterson will be gone, but it will be interesting to see what Buffalo does if Lynch is still there at 12.

he rates booker and pittman a lot higher than most media outlets that i have seen, but those are the two that i really like in this draft, beyond the top 2 guys of course.

i would still love to take a day 2 flyer on bush too, no matter what is up with his leg at the current moment.

If we're looking for a 2nd-3rd round RB, Pittman is probably the way I'd go.

If we don't sign an FA, I also wouldnt mind a day 2 flyer on bush. If he's got anything at all he should be able to knock Shaud down to the practice squad.
Wake up, brush your teeth, and get ready for a day of hating the Dolphins. Or the Pats? How to choose?

I really like DeShawn Wynn. Urban Myer really got that kid motivated. I like him to get drafted in the middle rounds and become a good pro running back. Plus he is from Ohio and I love kids from up north, they always have a little toughness to them.

another guy on that site has the Bills taking Leon Hall at 12 while Patrick Willis is still available. No frickin way that would happen.

Pittman would be a good choice I think combined with A-train.

Outside of Leonard, none of these guys can block.

Just don't gloss over that little bit of info.

If the goal is to get a smaller feature back next year, Leonard is the choice. He will be a greta combo with a smaller, quicker back. No telling if they see someone outside of Lynch and AP who can be a feture back in the later rounds. I have my doubts...

They should Just switch Hall with Willis and I don't have a problem with them having us take Booker in the second. This guy can catch.

Can you imagine having Leonard and a guy like Slaton or Mike Hart in the backfield?

                              Jackie Battle (Houston) 6020 238 n/a (4.43)

With no invite to the Combine, Battle became the Chris Henry of Pro Days when he stunned the scouts and personnel from 22 teams in attendance at the Cougars’ Pro Day in late March. It started with two 40 times in the low 4.4’s (one scout reportedly had him at 4.35 and the Houston staff said he once ran a 4.33), surprising times for a player his size not know as a home run threat. It didn’t stop there, his 41” vertical, 10’11” broad jump, and 6.51 cone times were the best by a RB in either the Combine or Pro Days.

Most scouts and draft pundits had saw a conversion to FB as Battle’s only chance at the next level. However, his Pro Day revealed a player whose athleticism shows he may have been misused as primarily a short-yardage back in a RBBC at Houston. He took advantage of his opportunities his senior year, and had his most productive season, but appears vastly underutilized in hindsight. Battle joins Chris Henry as workout wonders who are climbing as “big backs” with the recent disappoint developments with the previous top two in that category (Michael Bush and Tony Hunt).

                              Maybe day 2??
