Scout.com: Best Defensive FA's available as of 4/2

Most of the big names left are franchised tagged or RFA's - however The Answer sees several veteran names that could come cheap if Marv chooses to go the bargain route after the draft....

there are no impact players on that list that would actually be obtainable without trading our entire draft, but there are a few players on that list better than what we have who would be good stopgap solutions.

LB is the only spot I could possibly see us signing a FA at this point, and if we do it would be strictly for depth purposes.. Which I have no problem with.

When you want to complain about players trying to get as much money as possible, you should always look at lists like that. Just seeing the players on that list that were once somewhat big names and for a very short period of time. Chris Claiborne really stands out regarding this.

I forgot about Demorrio Williams... he would be great if we felt like Willis wasn't going to be there at #12.

I wouldn't mind taking a look at Tommy Polley. I remember coming out of FSU he was regarded as fast but somewhat undersized. Although he's listed there at 6' 3" 240 lbs.
Remember Kevin Everett in your thoughts.
