Article in Minnesota yesterday about Big Pat looking for a contact extension. Said he didn't want to be treated like he was in Buffalo, rather he wanted to feel wanted.

I wouldn't mind having big Pat back. I know Minn. can't afford to lose a guy like him but maybe we can entice them with something, via trade?

he can stop the run. Therefore, he doesn't fit our system.

Still you'd rather go with Tim Anderson?

I loved Big Pat, just like any other hard working player...at least he wasn't a bum like Willis...

no chance he would come back and play for us

exactly. our defense utilizes fast penetrating DT's that = horrible run defense.

But, if at a certain level of quality (jury's still out on that one), will provide one hell of a pass rush.

Good for Fat Pat - Luckily for him most organizations around the league aren't run like Buffalo so he should get what he's looking for from their front office.

if we employed the correct dt's, yes the pass rush would be stellar. but what about run support?

Amen, I hate the type of defensive tackles we are relying on in our system. Big Pat was a stud in the middle and i would take him over any DT on our roster.

I just wish pat would shut up and play. He gets paid to be a lard ass who can stop the run. Shut up and eat pat.

Pat Williams scored a TD too for us against the dolphins. I think he got one against the Titans too the year before.

It's all Marv's fault as far as what this FO did to Pat.

Is it any coincidence that our run defense went down the toilet after losing Fat Pat?

The Answer thinks not - Minny's GM better be all over this and give him a FAT contract so to speak.
