I remember him running off that 83-yarder to seal the deal when they beat then-undefeated Indy (13-0 at the time) in 2005.

He's a sick individual, indeed.

Indy run defense? '05 Bills run defense? The Chargers' offensive line + shaky run defense/tackling makes me uneasy. I don't argue that he is a good player. But we haven't really seen much of him. And what you have seen is behind a great o-line - the kind that makes a great running back look like the best ever (which LT might be, or he might suck if he played for us last year). Just like 99% of the people on here, I would be happy if we got him, but I don't want to pull a Mike Ditka to get him.

ill tell you, im prolly gonna get a lot of crap for this, but im not impressed at all. he runs very upright, and seems to lack the "bust" out of the hole i would like to see in our next running back. notice all those good highlights(not the 5 yard run or the 4 yard catch) were against teams down 20+ points in the forth quarter? after being run over all day by LT and getting blown out, i can imagine a defense could let a fresh turner could grind out a few extra yards.

He kindof reminds me of a slightly quicker travis henry, though I think henry hit the hole a little harder. Still, he fights for the extra yards and is a very strong dude.

If lynch is gone and we can get him for a 2nd, im getting more excited of even the remote possibility of him being a bill.

what really impressed me about Turner in that video was that he rarely went down after the initial contact. it usually took more than one guy ti bring him down, unlike Willis.

That's what I love most about him. The video of him in San Diego from 2005, I was at that game. We all thought that the Bills got Turner down, but he wasn't going to have that. He just kept clawing away and got the TD!

thats lame there were only clips 3 games... and no indy game where everyone kinda noticed him afterwards (which btw was an awesome run). some good clips tho but I wanna see him do that against teams that havent already been manhandled the entire game.

This video really doesn't give us a whole lot to look at. Some things that I noticed though

1) Strong legs that never stop moving.
2) He runs upright. If he had more cut back ability, and better vision, I'd swear I was looking at Adrian Peterson.
3) That was a crappy tackle by Nate Clements.
4) He looks bigger on the field then his measurements give him credit for. Most everything I see has him listed around 5' 10". He looks more like 6' on these videos.
5) Again, it's hard to tell by just veiwing these short clips here, but he doesn't seem to have burst. Don't get me wrong he has some speed, that's obvious.
6) I'd settle for Turner, but if we are willing to give up the farm to get him, then I'd rather invest all of the same picks in a move to grab Peterson instead. If they can get Peterson cheaper then giving up 2 first day picks, or even a first round, them I'm OK with it. Otherwise, trade up and get the guy that is going to fill seats and rack up some serious yards.

Actually, one of the most impressive runs from those highlights was against the Bears and it was the first quarter and they were losing 7-0. The Bears have a pretty good D too.

And it's not like the O-line was just mauling a tired D in any of those clips. Turner was still having to break tackles left and right.

THREE POINTS:

1) Does anyone want to argue why London, "can't make a tackle" is gone.

2) He couldn't out run Pacman. Next time he might not be so luckky. Looked to me like Pacman was reaching for something.

3) I'm starting to think that when LT punishes the team first these yards aren't that spectacular. It was 41-10 when Turner was running on us.

No i don't miss london at all

Pacman can out run most people in the NFL, he has practice running from the law.

How about the chicago run, he just punished last years number 1 ranked D, in a non-garbage time scenerio. Besides the bills have 9 men in the box and he's still able to run over us. The runs shown here aren't even close to his best ones.

Nothing new here - scrubs have career days and transform into superstars when they play the Bills.
