does anyone know where they are broadcast in Rochester and Syracuse areas? I have to travel through them to get to Moms on Saturday during the game.

They turn the extra long distance coverage off around 5 or 6pm and then you can't get WGR on the radio at night. It really sucks. Sometimes on a very clear day, you'll get it. But never after 9pm.

this year, they didn't have all the games because both Sirius and XM had rights, but they did have most of them. Starting next year (07-08 season), it will be exclusive to XM and they will have every game (not that it matters since they are going to merge, but the merger is going to take a while and they don't have FCC approval yet, so at the moment XM is guaranteed to have it and Sirius may or may not, depending on the speed of the merger).

All of the playoff games will be on XM.

I can't really justify spending the money wgr is the only thing I ever listen too and it's free.

it's one of those things you don't really need, but once you have it you can't live without it. I really like Opie and Anthony, and I like punk music that usually isn't on regular radio, so I get a lot of use out of mine. I also like the news station- it gets BBC, Fox, CNN, MSNBC audio feeds. Plus it came in my car so it's not like I had to pay for the unit itself.
