Sabres finish regular season at No. 1

The Buffalo Sabres (http://sports.espn.go.com/nhl/clubhouse?team=buf) are getting healthy and they're gearing up for the postseason.

With their 3-1 week and their new Presidents' Trophy, the Sabres also reclaimed the top spot in our final regular-season edition of the Power Rankings.
The Sharks (Big Joe!) and the Islanders (Dubie!) also make some moves, while the Flames, Maple Leafs and Canadiens take a hit.
We'll return next week with a special playoff edition of the Rankings. Until then, enjoy, Puck Nation!

Actually we tied for most points and goose is a key injury but hey Scott lived up to his word, we're pretty healthy and Ottawa fell 2 spots.
