From the Boston Herald (http://www.bostonherald.com/blogs/patriots/?p=1104):
Former Patriots RB Corey Dillon appears to be waiting to make his move.
According to agent Steve Feldman, a reported visit to the Titans for this week is still in the planning stages right now. The Bills and Rams are still in the mix for Dillon’s services. Feldman said simply that “He just hasn’t gotten on a plane yet.” The Eagles also have expressed some interest.
The one thing that could be holding things up a bit right now is the presence of Chargers RB Michael Turner on the block. Turner is a bellcow-in-the-making who’s stuck behind all-universe talent LaDainian Tomlinson, and San Diego’s fielding offers for the restricted free agent. Two of the teams in the running for Dillon, the Bills and Titans (who lost Willis McGahee and Travis Henry, respectively), are after Turner right now.
