Was hoping to play Miami earlier in the year, as they are one of the few easier teams on the schedule we have..

Nice to see them come here in Dec again.. HOpefully the game will matter for us and this years fans can actually watch it on TV

WNY weather no longer gives a homefield advantage. It can either be sunny or freezing these days. It wasn't that cold this year but it was raining.

I covered that game, I was a good "fake" sportswriter at the time. Ricky Williams ran wild on us, but we won the game. I remember after the game being stuck in the press box for like 3 hours because of the weather. That was a crazy day- good times.

If ya wanna call 5-8 in December at home this decade a home field advantage, then OK.

It took me over 2 hours to get home and I live in North Tonawanda.

Ricky ran wild, Travis Henry ran wild and E Moulds destroyed the Fishie DB's.

I am waiting for FTP to say that Miami was the better team that day because of the stats......

The best part about this Dolphins schedule is that the Bills don't have to play in the sweltering Miami heat. :phew:

How is it that the 15 easiest schedules are all for NFC teams? And all of us AFC East are among the top 8 toughest schedules?

Because the NFC teams blow.

The AFC creamed them in interconference play last year.

bills like miami need improvements on both sides of the ball. you guys lost mcgahee and a defensive playmaker in spikes i don't know how them or miami will do

although miami could have a top D again in 07 lee evans could expose their secondary if the pass rush fails to get to the QB

respect to the losman evans combo losman and evans got better and will prob be better in 07

Very good point. If it was going to be in December, I'm glad it's that early in December--it's practically November, lol.

If I was Miami I'd be upset at the fact you're in Buffalo in Dec for the 5 time in 7 years.

You'd think a few more Nov Oct and Sept trips would have made it in the mix.

I think the NFL schedule makers need to mix things up more, they are in a major rut.

Only Bill fans think the weather means anything. Obviously teams can win anywhere regardless of weather. I'm more upset that the Fins really don't put the same effort into playing the Bills as they do the Jets and Pats. It's like the fins are just not really interested in playing the Bills. Beating the Jets and Pats has meaning, beating the Bills means nothing.

Just calling it like I see it. Miami put little effort in the Bills game in Buffalo. If the Bills were so good at the end of the year they wouldn't have lost their last two games. Miami jsut didn't play Buffalo as hard as they played the Jets, Bears, Pats or Chiefs, why? Cause the Bills aren't the Jets,Pats, Bears or Chiefs.

Yeah.... 2 divisional games are meaningless.

sometimes it seems to matter a lot more to Bills fans than Dolphins fans. On the same token it seems like the Pats game means more to Dolphins fans than it does to Pats fans. For me and my little humble opinion, these are the divisional games that mean the most to me (and yes all divisional games are impotant):
Pats
Jets
Bills

Yeah and besides football players are only human, they don't have the same ability as us fans to determine who they really want t win against and who they don't.

I really find it hard to believe that the JT that lit up the Bears and Pats was the same JT that did little against the 7-9 Buffalo Bills especially since the Bills Oline was anything but good. Miami clearly didn't play as hard against the Bills as they did against playoff teams. Bill fans have a hard time with this cause they constantly think everything they do is better then it really is.

If we sweep you again this year, that opinion is bound to change. The fins hated the bills in the 90's. In the early part of 2000, the fins hated the jets when they beat the fins 6,7? straight games?
