It's tough, but take a look at the Pats schedule if you want some consolation.

They have what we have pretty much, but with Indy & San Diego thrown in for good measure, as well as playing Dallas away (we have them at home).

At least the team we're chasing doesn't have it easy....

The Bills get the Pats coming off their bye week AGAIN. I think the guys who make out the schedules have that programmed in as a MUST every year. Beating them isn't tough enough, they've gotta give Belichick an extra week to prepare and get his team healthier.... Oh, well....

There are definitely no lulls in our schedule.

Virtually every opponet is solid - which means every game should have the feel of a playoff game.

Unless the Bills completely tank, most of these games should sell-out with ease.

NFLN just showed Bills as having toughest schedule (based on opponent 2006 win percentage). Ouch.

Actually, the Raiders have the toughest schedule.

"The Raiders finished with the NFL's worst record and were rewarded with the hardest schedule in 2007. The Raiders don't get any breaks in the AFC West, with all six of their divisional games coming against teams with better than .500 records."

We have second hardest...followed by the Pats

My opinion is the schedule does not determine who makes the playoffs. Winning is what counts. Most AFC teams have tough schedules so it's all relative. When the AFC is as dominant over the NFC most AFC teams will have a tough schedule.
At least we get the phins twice and Browns once.

I can see us easily starting the season 3-0.

Broncos - Henry misses his flight. Woke up late because he picked up a underaged girl the night before.

Steelers- Big Ben is injured. Forgot his helmet again on his way to practice.

Patriots- BB head was not in the game. He kept thinking about the sex he had the night before with someone's wife.

I like it. We basically dont leave the northeast til Week 10. We have almost a 6 week stretch at home (im counting the Jets) and we get the dolfags at home in December and we arent playing them in the hottest time of the year.

Another tough schedule but I like the way its laid out. Plus we get a Monday night game.

And the best part is given the past few years we seem to gel later in the season. I am hoping A lot of home games first may help us down the stretch when we play our best football.

If we dont beat Denver to open, there is a very real possibility we could be 0-3 going into week 4 at home vs Jets, which pretty much means the season would be on the line already..

In all seriousness... it is a tough schedule, but who cares? If the Bills are ever going to field a winning team again, they have to do so by beating good football teams, so bring 'em on. I do think it's a little lame that a team like the Bears, who went to the Super Bowl, have the second easiest schedule in the NFL, so they're gift-wrapped for another bye and to go deep into the playoffs, barring injuries.

But again, it's the hand the Bills are dealt. The rest of the AFCE has the same problems. So let's get to work...

The thing that makes the Patriots schedule slightly easier than ours is the head-to-head matchups. :ill:

Anyway...this schedule is very good travel-wise. The only long trips are 2 to Florida (Miami, Jax).

there will be a lot of teams fighting at around .500 again this year. If we can beat a few of those teams, we have a shot.

Nice to see we're getting a little national attention again with the Monday Nighter.

One game at a time, who gives a **** about the rest of the schedule at this point.

Denver is officially 'on the clock'.

If we're good the sched won't matter. That's all there is to it.

Playing good teams can only make us better.

Don't forget we lost to the Lions last year so it dont matter who we play!

Lets roll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All kinds of recent former Bills on the schedule.

Travis Henry.

Willis McGahee.

Wade Phillips.

Gregg Williams.

London Fletcher.

Takeo Spikes.

Kelly Holcomb.

Mike Mularkey.

Good schedule.

We can easily win 10 or 11 games.

I would have liked to see a Sunday nighter in there too.

Possible, though not likely. The Jets will be one of the 3-4 favorites in the AFC to go to the Super Bowl this year.

Booked!

I was definitely wrong about going 4-12 or worse - but if we didn't have Edwards I suspect we'd be right around there with Loseman.

Also I said we would start 0-3 and 1-5 and was damn close.

Too close, thank god they figured out that Trent can play good ball. Hopefully he'll get "it" this weekend and never look back.
