Anthony Spencer (I want to say Justin Blalock)

Anthony Spencer (DE) would seem to fit the mold of what the Jets might be searching for. He is a tweener DE/LB player that might help with the pass rush - something they've been lacking since Abraham left. CB is another option, but they have some young guys they may give a chance and can pick up some raw prospects in later rds.

The jets have way to much money tied up in their DTs. Are they going to rotate a top5 player out? I think not. They're triying to square-peg-into-round-hole their defense. Could they take a tweener who doesn't really fit to either place DE/LB, yeah....they could but will it really help them better their defense? Probably not. In a typical Jets move, I think they are going to try and go out there and tick off the JETS fans, again.....by taking TE Greg Olsen. (keep in mind they have been trying to nail down a decent TE for several years now.....Baker, Jolley, etc.)

The Jets likely do want a TE (which I considered also) but Zach Miller is not the type that will fit what they want. They will likely prefer someone like Ben Patrick if he's available to them in the 2nd round.
