DE Hargrove And DT Anderson Signed

Buffalo's two restricted free agent defensive linemen have officially re-signed for the 2007 season. Defensive tackle Tim Anderson and defensive end Anthony Hargrove have both signed their qualifying offers.

Anderson and Hargrove were tendered by the Bills back in late February effectively giving the club the right of first refusal if either of them were signed to an offer sheet by another NFL team.

Both also carried compensation in the form of a third round pick, which likely acted as a deterrent for another team that may have been interested as no other team signed Anderson or Hargrove to an offer sheet.

And is it any surprise that no other team in the league tried to sign these scrubs? Hargrove is at least borderline camp fodder. Anderson is just plain pathetic.

I could care less... if they make the team, it will be as practice players. If either show anything, its all gravy... I'm sure they will be cut if they are outperformed in training camp.

Anderson is useless - and this front office is completely clueless. Scrubs like this are the reason teams have run all over us the last few years.

I like Hargrove and have no problem with him back.

As for Timmayyy Timmy Tim Anderson.. Well, I guess we just filled the league-wide rule of having at least one ****** on the roster.

Actually, Hargrove is still very young, with a lot of potential, and the versatility to play both DE and DT.

Not sure on what basis anyone would write him off at this point in his career.

Hargrove at least has the right attitude- I definitely think it's worth bringing him into camp and seeing what he can do.

I completely agree on Anderson- he is a waste of time and a waste of a camp spot. We KNOW Anderson sucks- bring in an undrafted FA who may or may not suck- at least then there is the possibility of improvement.
