Bannister would probably get the minimum; for someone at that level, it doesn't make a difference whether it's through the draft or FA

Bannister is a good ST player has size and some thought he was ready to break out in Seattle, I wouldnt be opposed to signing him.

I think these two would be better than Shaud Williams and George Wilson, Bannister is a Special Teams ace and would fill the gunner position left void because of Andre Davis, Bannister has 4.3 speed and is 6ft 5in and weighs like 220lbs, Scoby is a better option out of the backfeild than Shaud Williams but doesnt provide much on the offensive side of the ball,
Bannister was here 3 years ago as a restricted FA, but opted to sign a 3 year deal with Seattle if i remember correctly, Scoby is also a very good ST player, need depth at both postions so i wouldnt be oppossed to added them

Mularkey never really gave him a chance, but Jauron seem to recognize something in him and pulled him off the PS last year. I think Wilson might make a good #2 receiver and quite frankly, I think Prices' days are numbered. He played okay last year, but he's starting to slow down, isn't very strong, isn't a good blocker, and may still be having eye trouble from his detached retina (I haven't heard that he had any operations or such to heal that). I'd like this Bannister guy on the team as long as it's cheap and as long as he doesn't bump out other potentials. Price is on the has-been list and should be the 1st one dumped...or even Aiken, if Bannister can take over his ST spot...

I agree with you, i completely forgot that bum Aiken was on the Roster, Wilson definetly has more potential than Aiken, and Bannister would be a upgrade over Aiken, u r right on that one! peerless Price is expandable this year especially if we take a Day 1 receiver

its players like him that make me mad i didn't play football in high school or college, i mean...all he does it pretty much show up in the morning, work out, and stay in shape, and gets a 6 figure paycheck...in the meantime, im sittin on my butt at work, gettin 5 figures, and PAYING to go work out at a gym...funny how things work like that huh.

6 figure paychecks for mediocrity.
