"Teams want straight-up guys," Buffalo Bills assistant general manager Tom Modrak added. "They don't want high maintenance. I believe you are what you are. If you're going to have problems before, you're going to have them again. If they have character issues now, imagine how they'll act once they sign big money contracts.
