    "Teams want straight-up guys," Buffalo Bills assistant general manager Tom Modrak added. "They don't want high maintenance. I believe you are what you are. If you're going to have problems before, you're going to have them again. When you're making picks that will be costly and everybody's reputation is on the line, you don't want to be 85-90 percent right. It's a big issue to not be wrong on the character part."

    If they have character issues now, imagine how they'll act once they sign big money contracts.
