Where did our second 1st round pick come from?

Where did our second 1st round pick come from?

The almighty marv took water, turned it into wine, and gave the wine to the Patriots for another first rounder. (Bellichek likes his booze)

Where did our second 1st round pick come from?Trade down after Willis goes to 49ers... Then trade back into round 1 with the extra 2nd and 3rd we get for #12.

That would certainly fill our major holes. I'm not totally sold on Bush - mostly because of his injury - but if he doesn't pan out, the 2008 draft will be real strong at RB.

I really like Meachem's size and speed.

trading down isnt like just snapping your fingers. you need to find a partner, someone who thinks its in their best interest to give up valuable draft picks to move into the spot that we dont want. i promise you that marv tried to trade down last year, and was unsuccessful.

But consider trading partners such as Green Bay and Denver... It's been reported that they want to move up. Hell, even New England with 2 #1's could be considered.

#12 would have to have someone left that a team would be willing to trade for. If someone is still there at #12 that is this valuable why wouldn't the Bills just take them?

Would you be happy with Jamaal Anderson or Adam Carricker? Denver would.

1- I think that would be a great draft
2- I think its a bit unrealistic to expect.

3- the Only one I do not like is Bush, I"d rather have Jackie Battle. I'll be saying that name a lot in the next 6 days

I know Bush is hurt, but I would really like to get him. However, something tells me that if we want him, we will have to take him with the 3a) pick or higher. Some team is going to take a risk on him sooner rather than later in Day One.

Who was it that Denver took a risk on with a 3rd round pick a year ago or so....I think it was that running back from OSU, the one that is in jail now...was that him?? The risk did not turn out well for Denver but the risk was taken none the less. I see Bush as less of a risk than that, given the nature of his injury. He is also less of a risk than our dear departed Willis, who may have worked out for us if he could have kept his mouth shut and learned the playbook. I am sure Bush will be taken in the 3rd round at the latest...by someone

If I could trade Irons for Bush I'd do this no problem..

I would let this hold water if you didn't have two 1st round picks there and also the 2nd and both 3rds. You aren't getting back into the first round for nothing. I'll stick to that.

remove 3a) CB Jonathon Wade, and place TE Ben Patrick and I would love that draft
